In 2010 Track & Field: Finished seventh in the 1,500-meter event at the CCAA Championships in La Jolla with a time of 4:06.71... Posted his top 800-meter time of 1:59.26 also at the conference championships.
In 2009 Cross Country: Earned first All-CCAA honor by finishing 9th (25:38.4) at McKinleyville... Placed 22nd at NCAA West Regional in San Francisco (32:23.1 over 10,000 m)... Finished 8th at UC San Diego Triton Invite (33:16.9 over 10K)... Earned top-25 finish (24th) at season-opener at Cal State Fullerton.
In 2008 Cross Country: Competed in all seven cross country races…Arguably the most consistent of Bronco runners… Earned five top-30 finishes and placed as high as 9th at CSU San Bernardino (26:45 overal 8,000)… Best 8,000-meter time at UC Irvine (26:22.3) and placed 27th… Finished 23rd at both Cal State Fullerton (27:23.2) and UCSD Triton Invitational (33:49.8 over 10,000 m).
In 2007 Cross Country: Competed in five cross country races during the fall of 2007… Finished 25th at CCAA Championships (26:21.9 over 8 k)… Finished 69th at NCAA Regional in Boise, Idaho.
In 2007 Track & Field: Put together best time of 4:05.02 in 1,500... Ran the mile at UC Irvine in 4:36.29... Ran the 5,000 in 15:52.83.
In 2006 Cross Country: Competed in five cross country races his freshman season… Finished 13th at the Redlands Invitational (27:05.6 over 8000 meters) for the event-winning Broncos… Earned another top-25 finish (25th) with a 25:39.1 effort at the UCR Invitational… Finished 10th in the Aztec Invitational “B” race (28:10 over 8000 m).
High School: A 2006 graduate of Los Angeles High School... Received the Leadership Award and the Honor Student Award as a senior.... Finished in the top three at the Los Angeles City Section CIF Championships... Northern League cross country and track and field champion... California State Championships competitor for both sports in 2005.
