Our normal office hours (September - June) are Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

SPECIAL SUMMER OFFICE HOURS (July - August)
Monday - Thursday 7:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M.

NOTE: This summer, the Intercollegiate Athletic Department will have a partial number of staff working 8-5 workdays, five days a week due to summer camps taking place on campus.

Cal Poly Pomona will be on a 4/10 schedule beginning July 5 through August 27. During the summer there will be one work week where the campus will revert to a standard schedule. The week of July 26th through July 30th this office will be open during our normal office hours. By implementing a 4/10 Summer Schedule, the campus is able to reduce energy costs and our carbon footprint by reducing commuting and utility usage.

GETTING AROUND CAL POLY POMONA

BY SHUTTLE:
Bronco Express Shuttle C stops in parking lots B and K which are the parking lots closest to the Athletics Department. A short walk through the physical education field and by I Poly High School will lead you to the Athletics Department.

BY CAR:
If you are a visitor to campus, please stop by the Parking & Information Booth located just off Kellogg Drive to receive parking directions. Long term parking is available in designated areas with a valid permit. Temporary permits can be obtained from the Parking & Information Booth or yellow parking permit dispensers located in the parking structure, Lot F4, Lot B and Lot K. Driving instructions to campus appear below.

The nearest parking lot available to Kellogg Gym and Darlene May is Lot K. It is located to the south of Darlene May and west of Kellogg Gym and is adjacent to I-Poly High School. Lot B also is available and is located to the south of Kellogg Field (Soccer) and Scolinos Field (Baseball).

To reach Lot K, take Temple Avenue and turn north on to University Drive. The first right turn will allow you to park in Lot K.

To reach Lot B, you can enter either through Kellogg Drive or by South Campus Drive.

The most accessible parking lot is Lot B, south of Kellogg Gym. There are 15 van accessibility parking spots and a smooth, lighted walkway, approximately two city blocks long, is available.

BY BICYCLE:
There are two bicycle racks in front of the building toward the Physical Education Field and one rack in the back of the building for the convenience of bicyclists. Remember to lock your bike and ALWAYS wear your helmet!
