CAMPS, CLINICS & EVENT REGISTRATION
COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS
All camp participants must show proof of full completion of a COVID-19 vaccination series or a negative PCR/NAAT COVID-19 tests within 72 hours (or rapid antigen test within 48 hours) of the start of camp to the medical staff on site upon check-in.
All participants and visitors
must complete the campus visitor screening questionnaire (
HERE) prior to arriving on campus each day.
PAYMENT OPTIONS (Cash, Check, Credit)
We accept Cash, Checks and Credit Cards. However, the only form of payment that will be accepted the day of the camp is Cash or Check.

*Payment is due the Wednesday prior to the camp's start date, and there is a $10 late fee for any walk-ups. Once registered, $50 of your payment goes toward a non-refundable deposit.*
**A registration confirmation proves that you have submitted a basic registration online but it doesn't confirm you have paid. The complete registration won't be finalized until payment is made.**
For cash payments, please come to Kellogg Arena (Building 43) Room 117, Monday through Friday from 8am-5pm.

PARKING
Please Note: For camps lasting four days or more, a drop off permit will be included in our correspondence to you. For all other camps, please follow the policy below.
Parking permits are required 24/7 at the Cal Poly Pomona campus. You must purchase a parking permit from one of the many self-serve booths located throughout campus. Please see for permit machine location information

All students, faculty, staff, and visitors who park a vehicle on the campus at Cal Poly Pomona must purchase and display a permit. (Please note that parking rates are subject to change at any time with or without notice).
